you can get hearos at guitar center for like $15. They're pretty damn good.

They work well?

As a drummer I use ear protection, and when I was making gigs before I was using them most of the time it's highly recommended. For shows bleh
Found mines for 20$ at my musical store, they are in soft plastic that's taking the form of your ear, works well

Who wears ear protection when they gig, or go to concerts?

Just curious.

And what do you use?
The foam ones or custom made?
Im going to look into it

i would alway use ear protection. my reasons are:

1: I'm planning on wanting to hear everyday for the rest of my life
2: playing w/o protecting you're ears will destroy them overtime
3: I use the foam ones, but custom is always better ofc
4: make sure if you reuse you're plugs ALWAYS wash them out!

I used to. My dad has his own audiology practice, so I can pretty much shoot custom molds whenever I want. I need to get back into the habit of wearing them, in testing my own ears it's becoming evident just how much damage has already been done.
