She's got a soft voice, any tips to help her improve her singing?

I agree with the poster above me. Though I have a few thoughts myself.
She seems to lack confidence when performing. Might be because of the camera, though.
She was slightly out of tune sometimes, but nothing major. I'm guessing that might be because of her being nervous.

Shes singing with the power in her lungs. Tell her to use her stomach more. Shes got good tone, just no presence.

Sounds good. I'd say her guitar playing needs the most work. She sounds like a natch singing though. Decent pitch! Her dynamic range is used appropriately imo. The shakiness in her voice comes from the lack of technique. A solid performance in the guitar realm gives her tight guitar with natural vocals., a good foundation for solo artists. Not perfect, but in music, what is?
