I was going to play it and my strap is crap and fell off and i couldnt catch it in time and it hit my concrete floor and now there is a big dent in it.

This is good, it adds character. You should see my strat, I couldn't sell it if I wanted to.

Take care of your instruments and they will still be weathered after years. Worn guitars are more interesting after years, and the stories make it even better. Even one of my less touched instruments, my bass, has a story of opening for a certain deathcore band in a warehouse-turned-venue many years ago and hitting people with the bass when they were crashing into me. It just made me like the instrument more!

I have a stupid story about my Gibson. I was attempting to remove the strings using a fatal RUSTY pair of wire cutters. The wire snapped, and the wire cutters stabbed a dent in between the i and b of the Headstock logo. It's a nasty mark, about 3mm deep in a circle about 4mm round.

Dang that sucks. Mines just on the bottom of it so its not that bad.
