Your singing has definitely improved! Keep in mind, that the problems with the singing are in fact technical in nature. It is true that we all are born with different sounding voices, but the fact of the matter is, no matter who you are, you can learn to sing better. There are too many people who think "I wasn't born with a good voice, so I will never be a good singer", and it's simply not true. And you're getting better, keep it up and don't let anyone discourage you, bro!
