If you guys can post some excercises for my fingers... that will increase my speed and accuracy, it would be appreciated.
This is for the guitar btw.

im assuming your right handed

just practice scales and stretching your fingers

stick one scale that is hard for you and slowly increase speed of playing it

and get a few others that are hard

also another thing to do is get a rubber band or something to exercise your hand with so you can increase your hands strength and be able to hold chords more easily

what do i do with the rubber band?

oh ya i forgot to include that lol

your put it on your thumb then twist it then put it on the next one twist it and on aand on

and then you just extend your hand many times

and it will exercise your hand
