im thinking about learning to play an instrument and i was wondering like what ones are easiest to learn to play.
ill try just about anything really

on a serious note, no instrument is easier to play than another. They all require a lot of time and effort to get good

It really depends on the time and commitment you are willing to invest in learning. I play several instruments very well , piano, percussion, guitar, bass guitar( which is really the same as guitar in essence). It takes a lot of time and patience and you are going to suck for a while. Pick whatever instrument you think would fit you best.

thats what i figured
i just need something to start out with
im going to college for Music technology and the professor said that its not a requirement but i should learn to play one and i can get free lessons at the school

if your going to get free lessons and are going to school for music, hit up learning to play the piano, extremely versatile and gives you a good understanding of music if learned properly.

thats the same thing the professor said
the music tech. class actually gives you the basics in playing the piano so thats what i was kinda leaning twords

bass guitar is easy to learn but if u wanna be a true rocker learn to play six string and sing at the same time.and write your own songs

i was thinking if i learned guitar or bass id try to write stuff along the lines of like A Day to Remember or Four Year Strong
something like that that has punk-ish sound to it but still has all the breakdowns
