i have a pedal that i got like a while ago that has a bunch of settings on it but none of them compare to my marshals overdrive, i mean the sound is PERFECT! but in some songs i need to switch from overdrive to clean but the only way i know how is to push the little button on the amp, is there any way i can make the pedal not have any effect on the overdrive then i can switch it to clean?
any help is appreciated

Yeah bro, I know mine came with a reverb switch on it as well. I couldn't imagine having to hit the channel button on the head of my amp EVERY time i needed to switch lmao.

At least none of you are like me, the two amps I own at the moment are both 1 channel. Marshall JCM 800 and Sovtek Mig 100 high gain. Both are wicked sounding amps, but one channel therefore no switching is even possible. Although I guess I get around but I running both amps through my cab at the same time and use a a/b switch, so I get the gain from my 800 and the cleans from my sovtek

is there a 1/4" input on the amp labeled footswitch? if so you could order a p801 footswitch through guitar center which would switch between channels for you.
