I got my first flute lesson last night and it was pretty fun. The teacher taught me all the basics and music basics before we started on the flute (you know stuff like reading notes and name of the parts of the flute and stuff like that). Then we finally got to the flute it was pretty awesome. Although the flute was kind of weird, my teacher pulled his pants down and I guess he keeps his flute in his pants or something because the flute was there after he pulled down his pants. He said it's a special kind of flute called skin flute. I started playing it and he was singing as I played it, I had a lot of fun.

I too have had this sort of experience with my elementary school music teacher. In retrospect, perhaps I should have picked a more practical instrument.

I only played flue for 4 months cuz it was a class i took in gr 9.
but get the articulation down, and ur good.
