I'm from Detroit and here I believe we have the best 90s techno. We have some nice ancient house and trance too. Check out PlastikMan (Richie Hawton's old stage name) or Carl Cox. Add Detroit Rave Scene on Facebook whether your from Detroit or not. Check out Detroit Techno Militia and ill list more when they come to mind.

Lol anything could be considered techno now a days. I don't think I call any thing techno anymore (whether it may or may not be 100% techno.. if thats even possible). Hardcore, House, Trance, Garage, etc..
