ok so i forgot the name of the song / artiest but all i can remember is the music video.

What happens is a boy who looks like he lives on the streets of some city starts saving people like a super hero and the cops grab him right after he saves a girl from being bullied and its her mom and her that stop the cops from arresting him at the end.
