Japanese Pop, different from Korean Pop because of obvious reasons.
Anyways, anyone like that stuff? I've found a few artists but I'm always looking for more! AKB48 and Kyary Pamyu Pamyu are two of my favorite artists lol.

i'm surprised you havent heard of her. i see taiga in your sig, so i assumed you watched shakugan no shana. that is the opening song. i actually dont like that band because of the rap. i cut the rap out and listen to the mp3 on my phone. she sings outside of the band, too.

i really dig the korean/jap accents when they sing in english. like hyorin.

Never watched that anime x-x and I also don't like the idea of rap in my J-pop lol, I'm a fan of it alone but I couldn't listen to it mixed with J-pop. Probably because it's mainly a guy singing it, I can't stand a guys voice in a song other than American Hip-Hop for some reason.
And, I never really thought of the idea to look up artists to my favorite anime OP's until just a few months ago, so I only really find Jpop artists by luck. And also Japanese covers to famous songs is a really nice idea hahaha

The best J-pop artists in my opinion are Yun*Chi, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, AKB48, and Perfume (Japan) from what I've heard alone. The Vocaloids can be a bit overused, lol

The theme of this song is pretty silly and so is the video, but just the overall tone will get stuck in your head for years.

Ah, I see. I'm not really a fan of "loud" music or music with guitars for the most part. For some reason I don't enjoy the sound of a guitar.
