And respect the fact people think it's garbage.
I happen to agree,

metalcore deathcore hardcore melodic metalcore death metal

my guess is you're 15 and shop at hot topic, and that's fine. but no one here listens to that stuff.

I'm far from that, and I do respect his opinion. I listen to anything from classical -> death metal.
I have a fine collection of metal discs at home, Mercyful Hate, Pantera, Cannibal Corpse, Satyricon, and I could continue.

I'm simply wishing to expand my horizon in this genre.
Look at my profile for age / pic, it would beg to differ.

Next please.

classical and death metal are actually very similar genres of music, in the grand scope of things.

E: also, i'm sure you're a mercyful fate fan, and didn't just google some names.

Was a typo...

I can post pics if you want. Album is "Don't break the Oath".
I live in Denmark in a city where a huge metal festival is anually held, seen several mentionable names live.

FYI, King Diamond is from Denmark.

/e

Could we not stray from the main topic?

BTF is cool man, listened to them a couple of years ago, have their discography, along with Alesana's.
Alesana is just a different genre for me. It's not heavy enough, no breakdowns. But I love ther creativity and storytelling.

/e Thanks though :) Will look the at the others and post feedback :)
