It makes me think of the 2006 Rocky Balboa movie and I want to workout. Pretty evident given the lyrics and soundtrack to that movie.

Several decades ago it may have been Eye of the Tiger by Survivor. Whatever works is good enough.

I like music that goes hard, i.e. rock-hard rock instrumental, yelling, and lyrics about motivation, standing up, fighting, not giving up, etc
