Some of the points in the article are stupid, but there are also some that are true. Like the myth of old school rap being great.
No I don't listen to rap, why should I? I've listened to enough to know it's primitive.

primitive would be the kids rather listening to stupid artists sing about absolutely nothing. at least rap has meaning and emotion that is worth being said and noted. and you dont listen to rap, so you have no say. whereas i listen to metal, all of it is pointless lyrics. all of pop is pointless lyrics. dance and techno is about dance and trance, no other genre compares to the worth of rap. sorry.
