Check this out, they don't work much with accoustic guitarr but they have that smooth, atmospheric feel that Agalloch provide

love history might fit that, i think.

not black but eluveitie are great, and have an acoustic album, too.

Really liking this band, I'll have to get more of them

Hordah Blaästhiir. Quite avantgarde, so it is either love or hate, and it can't be described using any number of genres.
