I know of bands like Agalloch, Ulver, Empyrium, Aaskereia, Alda, Skagos Drudkh etc

Check this out, they don't work much with accoustic guitarr but they have that smooth, atmospheric feel that Agalloch provide

not black but eluveitie are great, and have an acoustic album, too.
