I can't really see it being his fault. Love how the system works though.

In a nutshell :

LoG doing a gig. The "victim" jumped the barrier to rush Randy not once, not twice but 3 times! And on the 3rd time, security didn't grab him so he ran straight at randy - randy shoved him back, dude fell off stage and hit his head.

This is SECURITYS fault - not Randy's fault. It can't even be considered self defence because it was a push, not a hit, no sort of violent attack.

He probably shouldn't have shoved the guy, unless he felt was obviously trying to injure him. I mean come on, is that professional behavior? To shove somebody is one thing, to shove somebody off a fucking stage is whole other thing. The frontman deserves to be in some shit for this, in my opinion, he did kill a guy. No two ways about it.
