The ideas and concepts in the song (or story) are real. Don't get confused though the story is fictional... Song is at least 10 years old but you probably just heard of it.....

if you're into poetry check out Tool's early albums. Undertow, Salival, and Aenima. I'm having trouble thinking of other artists' writing I like that doesn't have harsh vocals. will get back to ya.
