a friend showed me this. dunno if its true, there wasnt really a lot of money in rap till the late late 90s and it didnt become a commercial success until this decade. so i dunno if they were really thinknig it would make such an impact on overall crime levels because it wasnt immensely popular and violent rap was the most underground . idk thats just my thought on it, i feel like it should have been dated later not the early 90s . rap was still the shit all through the 90s , gangster or not

This is fake. It's high school level writing full of grammatical and spelling errors for one. Some professional letter.More directly, the music is not the direct cause of high crime rates. Minorities were killing each other long before this in their segregated neighborhoods. Music =/= cause of racial inequality tensions.
