Sounds like a horrible idea. Each of those artists, at their best, have absolutely opposing sounds. Metallica hasn't been doing anything of value in a long time and I don't know much about Lou Reed beyond Transformer, which was good, and VU which was awful.

This piece of shit album is essentially a badly written and badly recorded garage jam session with L.R. doing freeverse poetry over the top.

I was so fuckin angry wasting my time listening to it.

It's so obscure, weird and horrifingly bad that it will get a big audience later, just watch.

also it's not a metallica album it's a Lou Reed album where metallica just happens to play the instrumentation so comparing it to St.Anger is kinda pointless
