Aw, c'mon. DMode was the Synthpop band, back in the day.

I find it interesting that "Synthpop" is nowadays alternatively used to describe '80s bands that sound like DMode, Erasure, OMD, etc., and contemporary bands that sound like Wolfsheim, Beborn Beton, Fictional, etc.
