Only have Death Shall Rise atm, and I absolutely love that album. Should I get any other albums by Cancer or is the rest shit? If so which. Was thinking of Sins of mankind myself but idk

While I can't suggest that album (I have yet to listen to it myself), you should defiantly get To The Gory End, overall a better album then Death Shall Rise.
