It sounds pretty simple. Some of it is a little undecipherable. I would probably charge around 500.
I am quite busy actually. Idk if I would ever get around to it.

Example:
The C Major Scale would look like this

3 being the C note,
0 (meaning open)being D,
2 being E,
3 being F,
0 being G,
2 being A,
0 being B,
1 being C.

Chords are the fret numbers all lined up vertically like this:
