Me and my buddies are probably going to buy some tickets this week. Is anyone going or has anyone been to it before?

Any tips/advice on hotels or just anything about it in general?

Went to 2010, would be there this year too but I'm gonna be in a training thing for the military during it =[.

Advice: It's hot as fuck so be prepared. Also if you wanna be up front be ready to either piss a ton of people off or wait a long time.

Too far away + line up is crap (except Eminem, Ryan Bingham & The Dead Horses and The Naked & Famous) + Wacken Open Air takes place at the same time :)
