For the past 3 hours for a song.

Sounds kind of like seether/nickelback
Has a conservative govt style of writing, with, near the end of the song, lyrics that go something like "Theres two flags flying, one with red white and blue, the other is a snake and says dont tread on me" or something along those lines.
Thats all i can really remember about it, but its been bugging me because i heard it at work and liked it.
