i dont get what makes it prog trance. maybe its just because im unfamiliar to the genre but it sounds like pretty standard electronic music

It is due to the harmonic melody and more of a flow through the high's and mid's rather then in electronica it is a wide and more vast melodic scheme.

Here is another great song for jsp to enjoy by Ørjan Nilsen a somewhat newer guy to the trance scene.
