Nowadays it seems as though all of it sounds the same....

Armin van Buurens old music with Gaia back in the 2000s were great.

Armin still gets on the decks for appearances (as kinda cringe as it is) & tiesto still does sets i think hes at like 450 or something live & online i think hes up to like in the thousands.
But as you said; both their styles have changed or evolved what have you to a sort of annoyingly teasing EDM mix & blow out ur ear drums bass out so you cant really hear shit.

90s-2000 techno & psy-trance will never die but, radios still play the 60's & 70's.

p.s, bush doofs & gaia /w good squares back in the day was trancending, i do agree with you now the way festivals & "trance" are themed it's a very charged up culture & I think popularity has swung toward the genre of EDM, in turn DJ's follow to keep relevent.

natural proggression of music & life I guess, we are talking 20+ years back at this point.. time flys hey.
