I'm not sure if this has been posted yet but lately Filteria and I really clicked or something. Really very awesome stuff, I'm not sure how I didn't realize the amazingness before! Hit me like a ton of bricks...

He's truly amazing, and is the best modern Goa artist imho. He utilizes a LOT of synths for incredible amounts of fine detail in his songs, much like older Infected Mushroom. Although Filteria is based more around psychedelic melody versus the pure mystical sound of older infected. Definitely one of my favorite artists currently. His older albums have a lot of energy in them, whereas Daze of our lives is more about beauty in details. Very good stuff.

And yes, that's a good way to put it, I have noticed that there is very fine detail which I think is what really drew me in. The cascading synth work is epic to say the least, not to mention the beautiful atmospherics. I'll have to grab a few other albums, all I've got at the moment is Daze Of Our Lives and Remixed & Unreleased. I really fell in love with The Big Blue while I was flying back home from a trip to Colorado and something about looking out the plane window, high over all the mountains with the synths blaring in my ears really made an impression on me. Good stuff!
