You look to be about in your 20s. you keep using your age to act superior to everyone else here, and more mature, but your taste in music says differently.



I play piano and drums btw. And I guess we will disagree on ATM. I used to be a huge fan of theirs until my music taste developed into something else. I never found them to be an exception from any of the other generic metalcore out there... but your opinion is valid

People, when they grow from boys into men, sometimes have change in taste of music. This is a normal thing, I've seen it happen countless times. Also I've witnessed passion about music and opinion. When you create different opinions you also should remember what the bands want. No band , when starting out, says to themselves "We are going to be in new-metal grindcore hair swing techno!"

These, frankly stupid names that kids come up with are a disgusting abomination on the music industry. NO band wants to be slanderd with these titles. The hardcore underground alternative subway ninja metal, or w/e else kids decide to make up in a mushroom hash induced drugfest need to stop.

On another note, dispite you not liking a band , it does not make them a "bad" band. Musical talent and musical talent comming together to form a great BAND are very different things.

If you put Dime Bag , frank sanatra and Michael Jackson in the same band, you would have three amazing talented artists, and one fucking shitty band that would probably sound like garbage.

Pull head from ass, spread lips , insert foot and simply see what talent is at its finest form. Musical talent.

I don't particularly hate on various genres of music, but Nu Metal/Metalcore/whatever other shit "metal" you hear on the radio receives no mercy from me. As I Lay Crying also completely sucked ass live. I had the misfortune of seeing them when I went to see LoG back in the day. Their set was one of the worst hours of my life. Shitty music, shitty performance. There's nothing redeemable about that music at all.
