I listened to Immunity a few months ago and I enjoyed it. It is one of the releases from this year I need to listen to again, along with the new Vampire Weekend, Sunbather, etc.

Listened to the new Arcade Fire album and thought it was pretty good, definitely a different style than their other albums, particularly "The Suburbs". I feel like it is similar to the others in that I need to listen to it multiple times before I can fully appreciate it.

Gave this one a listen yesterday.

Easily the best material Eminem has made since The Eminem Show, in my opinion. Overall I enjoyed it. He retains a lot of the more pop-ballady kind of songs on here that I'm not too big of a fan of (to put it lightly) but he has some very good songs. "Brainless" is probably my favorite Eminem song in a long time and I enjoyed the "Parking Lot Skit" which was a continuation of older skits on the MM LP. "Rhyme or Reason" was pretty cool, enjoyed the Zombies sample but didn't appreciate some of the lyrics too much. Also loving the football references, namely the reference to Russell Wilson and the Saints bounty gate scandal.

3.5 // 5.0

EDIT -- Just rated this on RYM and smiled at "hardcore rap"...yeah.

Gave this one a listen, Steven Wilson's The Raven That Refused to Sing (And Other Stories), last night.

Some of the songs I felt went a little too long but I liked the instrumentation, for the most part, and enjoyed his singing. Lyrically I don't know what the Hell it is about, so can't comment on that. The version I had had a few demos and an "unused idea", which was cool.

Meh, overwhelmed by the random pop culture references on this one.

Listened to this on my walk home tonight. I liked the first couple of songs but didn't feel it ended very strong.
