That's the most minimalistic ricer desktop I've seen.

how coincidental; i happen to be a minimalistic ricer (also, a double entendre; i'm korean).

i don't really like how rdock can't skin windows to look like icons as opposed to small scale versions of themselves. also need to tinker around a bit and try to make winamp not minimize to the dock, but i've been too lazy lately.

How might I go about getting the music player/album artwork in the bottom right like that? Also, is it possible on Windows XP?

xp and 7 are different, but from what i remember from modding my laptop...

find something to patch your uxthemes.dll with so you can change the taskbar/explorer appearance (google it)
edit your rootkits if you want to remove your taskbar completely (like my screenshot)
music player customizations are generally for winamp. the one i have in my screenshot is cdartdisplay
i used rainmeter for the clock. it's useful for a lot more; check into it. see if you like samurize, it's an alternative program
i'm using rocketdock for my dock, but most people prefer objectdock

if you find programs you like, deviantart and google are the places to check for skins
wallbase and 4walled are excellent places to find wallpapers

Thank you, sir. If I may ask, what skin are you using on your Rocketdock? I already have Rocketdock but I am not able to find the one you are using; I hate most of the other, colorful ones.

i'm pretty sure the dock is skinned to just be transparent; should be a default skin.

i'm not on my desktop atm, but i think i'm using the lucid icon pack. check deviantart for icons, if you want to skin those.
