nothing can obviously touch the first 4 albums, arguably black album, but i enjoyed death magnetic. heard some older influences in it, especially in some solos

idk. i know i got like 20 buddies going down. i was only interested in seeing the day that had 100 demons, shattered realm, sworn enemies and all those guys. sucks though if they are sold out already

only the first 3 are note worthy

the black album was the worst thing to happen to metal since MTV

That's pretty cool. By the way... the quote in your profile is Warzone. It's not 25 ta Life.

not at all

overly simplistic guitars and without cliff shredding on bass the terrible drumming by lars just becomes more and move obvious

metallica just writes a bunch a shitty power ballads then every 3rd song or so speeds the tempo up and pretends that somehow those songs will constitute as thrash

honestly, i can only see the first album being pure thrash. ride the lightning and master of puppets had some thrash, but by the 2nd album they were doing a lot more melodic things.
