i recorded that video with my ipod ..that first song on that vid was pure liquid . . but the bass was rattleling my bones there was just as much good basslines during vaskis set as danny the wildchilds, and if you dont know who the wild child is then look em up ;

-- and most ppl would agree that rutton records is going in a good direction , excision is blowing shit up now and stenchman has been up there

excision and his label makes their own way through dubstep, their work evolve in different way than uk producers or other american djs that are not under rottun influences.
although, I start to become a bit tired of excision style. I prefer bass more fluid and deep than "chainsaw", agressive style. but it all depends on circumstances ;D

the bass is far away, back in the background, on the boarder of hearing.

I cutted it from Balkansky's Promo Mix July 2009. Two brilliant, deeply bassy tunes by Balkansky himself (ok, ok, the second one is just his remix).

i agree but i saw excision twice, and its heavy as shit not really chainsaw haha but yea machinery samples but really as much as youd think.. like 16bit is a lil obnoxious not enough bass imo n to much chainsaw (their milky watever mix sucked imo). shit like borgore just triyng to be filthy with annoying noises is garbage, i walked out of borgores set halfway through there was like no sub bass (and his ice cream mix tape sucked imo).
ofc the best dubstep is shit like early mala loefah cotti skream benga with great percussion rhythm and heavy low sub bass (lotta jungle influence) , but ofc its evolving and yeea some for worse but thats the way she goes cant stop ppl trying to appeal other types of listeners

I agree with all your statements ;D
There is a very thin line between hard dubstep and simple noise ^^ but when somebody feels it, like the Excision does, it is a masterpiece :D
