i was hopin yall could help me find a link to this roots cd i heard a long time ago

its a live album, like eryka badu "Live"

but i dont know the name of the cd, it was/might have been just a quest-love cd but the roots were on it, i dont know. It was mostly just quest love doing fills n shit and raps. it was NOT "The roots come alive", i have that cd and thats not it.

Oh, also, iso help finding this mix tape, i think it was "dj honda" but i cant find it, it was kieth murray doing some wild shit lots of original tracks, i jsut remember him saying some shit ilke "if i cried i would cry fire" like jay-z but backwards
