Eucharist - Greeting Immortality
A bit harsher and rougher than the album version, though this seems to fit the song better.

Nothing particularly unique, but it has a certain aggressiveness without much polishing and extra harmonizing which seemed to only exist for a few years. One of the few albums released by Wood Nymph Records, along with the first Arghoslent and Grand Belial's Key albums.

An odd track out of the Abominant discography, it shows the strong death metal style of their earlier works and some of the thrashier aggressiveness of their later stuff, but from this middle melodic era, this has a very soft vein reminiscent of In Flames' Colony.

Galloping death metal with heavy metal harmonies and a strong penchant for hooks. The melodic element is toned down from their previous album, which had songs like "The Nubian Archer", which sounded like a Christmas carol...

This reflects the darker melodic sound of the style in the mid-90s, which was presented a little rough, but had both the edge of death metal and a bit of the atmosphere of old doom/death. Considerably different than the brighter, more polished sound most melodic bands went towards later on. A worthy artifact of the past.
