I remember being about 9 years old and hearing stevie ray for the first time.. made me fall in love with the sound of the electric guitar...parents had texas flood album, I would take that cd and sit in front of the stereo with it blasted..

I got into Stevie on my lonesome. My uncle who is my influence for both guitars and for Gibson, he says Stevie is shit because he's just a hendrix ripoff.

My arguement is - who the fuck ISN'T a hendrix ripoff?!?! Bit hard to create new stuff when hendrix invented most of it lol.

I truly wish I coulda seen him live. Oh well, gonna have to make do with BB King lol xDD
