The light show was very impressive and it was easily the loudest concert I've ever been to. It was in a college basketball stadium that holds ~18k people or so. The music was so loud and there were so many people dancing that the entire stadium was literally shaking. I thought I was tripping out at first when I felt the cement swaying beneath my feet, but it turns out that's just how loud it was.



I saw them once too. What I like about Billy Joel is that his voice still sounds the same even though he's in his 60s.

wow... haha... probably the one that was the most pure fun, good music, good times, good memories, without TOO MUCH VIOLENCE so i didn't get hurt to dampen the fun was blink-182 in their summer 2009 tour. i went to their first show in vegas and their last show in santa barbara... probably liked the vegas one better because i was with 3 best friends and it was summer time.

the coolest show i went to with the best music was the between the buried and me/mastodon show... i don't remmeber who opened for them i am very tired, i believe one of them was bison b.c. and there was one more

all of these will be surpassed once june 10 rolls around -- dillinger escape plan//deftones.

Yeah Carcass and Suffocation toured like three times in a row together I think, all good line ups. One of them had Samael on it, pretty random, still awesome though.



How could you possibly be bored with that lineup? Suffocation alone is insane to see live. Let alone the crazy fuckers from Decrepit Birth. Anyone who's seen them live knows what I'm talking about when I say the singer may very well open a dimensional portal whilst on stage on of these days. Carcass was cool too, but after seeing them the first time I had just about enough since they played the exact same set. Psycroptic was fucking nuts when I saw them as well. LA. is such a piece of shit, but the get the best metal shows in the world, hands down.

However - I would LOVE to see Annihilator live - Jeff is a rediculously talented guitarist and purely for that, i'd see them.
