Yeah I saw that and I was literally pissed the fuck off, I tweeted all of the band members of DEP really pissy shit telling them they're rejecting and turning down a huge chunk of their fan base... but then I checked Deftones Twitter and they tweeted that they had new dates up and one of them is for SF early June and one for LA at the Palladium June 10... i was crying of happiness.
Then they said they were going up for sale Feb 4, checked it on Feb 4 all and the 5th all day and no websites had it for sale, not Ticketmaster or anything... and recently just found out that you have to buy it direct from the Deftones website which is deftonestix.com/vip
They had a sick fucking deal going on for a measly $150... you meet the band, go to a sound test pre concert thing, laminated autograph pictures and a bunch of other crazy shit... for just $150... but it sold out before I even knew aobut it, but tickets are less than $40 there. I just bought two last night and with tax and shipping and w/e other bullshit charges it came to $80ish... it only let me buy them 1 at a time, the websites a little fucked... hope this helps hahaha
