every new genre eventually gets split into sub genres. 140 could only be fully fresh for so long. Theres still good stuff and good people in the scene . a lot of the hype and arguing over dubstep has and will continue to die . whether the genre will remain, who knows, but something will follow. like cib been posting a lot of UK funky/bass. lotta good original bass music is still being made
