You're embarrassing yourself and not solidifying any sort of acceptance within the dubstep community.

Dubstep lol...You can see that the genre has deteriorated just by the people who are spotlighted on certain issues.

Shoulda stopped listening when it was Timbaland who invented it and Borgore who ruined it.

now we've got skrillex and korn LOL

btw, me = Sep 1 2008 and since my opinion holds greater value than yours because of that, I will say this:

dubstep is a wreck. and the 'heads' are equally to blame. the tunes are boring and played out. deep isnt as interesting as it once was. when you strip away the hype and the added legitimacy the 'heads' create, a lot of these deep releases are lacking substance. i'm not saying the opposite end of the spectrum is any better. it has also been reduced to a dick measuring contest revolving around who can make the most obnoxious sounds.

dubstep used to be about experimenting. the most important releases in the genre were stuff like Anti-War Dub, Burial's hyperdub001, Silkie's Purple Love, Vex'd - Killing Floor, Kode 9 - Samurai. these releases were pushing boundaries. they were exploring something new. The best part about dubstep USED TO BE that you could make a tune at 140bpm and regardless of how it sounded, call it dubstep and no one would debate otherwise. Now there's this huge argument about what dubstep is or isnt and I think the whole point has ultimately been lost.

dubstep is not about who can make the deepest or heaviest or nastiest tracks. and it's certainly not about constantly biting eachother's heads off because you think your own skewed interpretation of the genre is the right one.

This song is enjoyable.
