Too true. That Iron Maiden

Motley Crue example is both hilarious and spot on. I mean, we've gone over it before and it's pretty apparent that I vibe out to a lot of aggressive, jump-up styles depending on the mood I'm in, but a lot of (primarily younger) producers are cranking out these tunes that literally hold zero sub frequencies. No bass, almost non-existent percussion, just weird synthesizers that might sound cool but have no structure and were probably created by mistake, and better yet, THEY'RE GETTING SIGNED! I don't think we're doomed by any means, but it is nice hearing respectable headz speak on this topic. Living in Montana it's borderline depressing to look at the local EDM scene, because that's all it is, EDM. Kids hitting up their local thrift stores and buying weird random threads to stand out at a 'rave' and wanting to hear loud electronic pig squeels and mechanical flatulence.
