was listening to radio last night and local dj brought up good point

i mean ofc we live in a crazy world now days with lots of fucked up ppl, but think about what happened to dimebag when he and nobody else resisted that 1 guy who decided to rush the stage... if i was ever on stage i would do exactly what blythe did every time no hesitation if someone rushed me, i mean holy shit, was he really expected to wait around and see if that guy was planning on killing him or something before he did anything about it?

fucked up situation

The handling of his arrest is unusual. In a case like this, a European Arrest Warrant (EAW) should have been issued, and extradition from the US could have been requested. Instead of using these channels to arrest him, they waited two years. When someone is suspected of causing grievous bodily harm, police waited two years while it was publicly announced that he would be in the same situation nearly every night while he toured the EU and the US. Why would law enforcement not attempt to apprehend this man when he is going to be in similar situations on a regular basis? Seems like someone doesn't believe that the evidence in this case is sufficient.
