While I do agree, sound design is certainly an art form. Now, as to whether or not you like his sound design, that's for you to decide but the way I see it is Skrillex is an image. Like any image or brand, there usually is a team of people steering it. I could see it go both ways but yeah, hopefully he wouldn't need one, though I doubt he really *needs* one, it's just that it happens all the time in pop music. It's production music for the most part.
