Who gives a shit about how nu metal is defined by some random guy in Wikipedia. What I'm saying is that if somebody made a mixtape consisting of bands like Slipknot, Korn and whatever goes around by the label nu metal these days and then slapped a song or two by Meshuggah, it would all flow together nicely.

And is it actually math metal, I thought it was called (lol) djent?

So, ive decided i dont like metal anymore.
Im going start listening to rap.
Too many people call me racist for being white and listening to metal.
Gotta break the stereo types and be a good little wigger like everyone else.

korn and slipknot sound not even a single bit like meshuggah

Nu Metal is really diverse .. so of course some of it may sound relatively similar to Meshuggah.
But Meshuggah came before all the bands you mentioned, and their music is a lot more intricate than any "Nu Metal"
If any Slipknot/Korn/Limp Bizkit sounds like Meshuggah even in the slightest, it's because Meshuggah was probably one of the bands that inspired them
I can't really say if they sound similar though, 'cause I don't listen to that shit.

/e At first I didn't think this album was that amazing, but it's growing on me so much, it's all I've been listening to lawl
Listen to Demiurge ..
