This isn't a troll attempt. Skrillex isn't a dubstep producer. I don't care what Google tells you, what Wikipedia tells you, or what your extremely dense brain is telling you. Tell me what kind of music you're passionate about so I can come up with an equally ridiculous analogy like "but Korn + dubstep is NUTS!"

As for stupidkid and his rant about what I said and how I don't har concrete evidence - I said " I find it hard to believe " for a reason .. Obviously I admitted to assuming because that's all I can do. Stil doesn't change my opinion n that's all it was is an opinion.


And for other guy argueing skrillex is dubstep .. He's not. Some , and I say some, of his songs have similarities of what dubstep has become but most of his songs are not. Ignorance from ppl and the media has labeled him dubstep but overall the majority of the dubstep scene looks at him more as electro pop. People who got involved in early dubstep before it was even dubstep (people who shoul hve a sAy more than anyone what it is or isn't) have said they don't consider him dubstep .

Saying skrills dubstep is like saying soulja boy is hip hop... Yea it kinda is but its really just a pop version. Even less so for skrill since m
a lot of his song aren't even 140bpm , one of the few defining things of dubstep

No, it was defiintely something new and different lmao. and they got my quick bucks worth as they always do, and I enjoyed the album. and I never ment for my thread to turn into such a fucking rage fest. Dubstep has evolved into so many different types of music, not just skrillex is labeled dubstep and doesnt produce much of it. theres many artists out there now that produce Electro house with some crazy etches and noises that are somewhat similar in some dubstep songs which automatically attract the NEW fans of the new dubstep era. which is why they label them as dubstep and why it is growing the way it is.
