You could just rape Normal level cows over and over with an auradin. Fastest LLD item-finding you can get.

Consider using Peasant Crown, though, because 12 Life Regen (17 with P Skull) is fucking nice.

Edit: You can craft boots with 10 Life Regen, get a belt with 5, P Skull Vipermagi (5 more, assuming you use Vipermagi)
