Could never get into their poppy sound. I'm sure if they came about in the 1990's or 2000's they wouldn't have much following... Everybody loves the pioneers, well, pioneers had muskets we got .50 cals

Thats because in the 60's and 70's people actually listened to good music.

In the 60's and 70's people were pretty limited to the music they could listen too also.

But that doesn't make todays music better. Don't get me wrong, there are still people making it happen, but the songs that hit the billboard charts today are trash compared to back then.
