Summer of Hate 2010 Report:
(In order of appearance)
Gladiator - Not bad. Kinda boring, but a decent way to start the day.
Cold Existence - Good. I never listened to them before. I have no idea why.
Ten of Swords - Basically the new Enemymind since the vocalist went to this band. The place went crazy for 'em. Can't wait to see them next Friday for Unit 731's CD release show.
Dead End Path - Fucking. Good. 'Nuff said.
Deathright - It was their last show. Sounded great. That's about it for them.
Suburban Scum - Second time seeing them. One of the hardest bands I've ever seen. The venue I was at has a main stage and a tiny ass stage. They played the small room. Too fun.
Blood In/Blood Out - Second time seeing them as well. I fucking love them. They were great.
Dominate - First Japanese band of the night. Pretty good.
Numb - Holy. Fucking. Shit. They're probably one of the best bands I've ever seen. Seriously. If you haven't listened to them yet, do it.
Crowd Deterrent - Second time seeing these guys. Played in the small room. People were throwing a steel trash can around like a blow up beach ball. Tons of other unidentified projectiles were to be seen as well. Fun as hell.
Creepout - Real good. Almost as heavy as Numb. Their guitar went out for a minute during one of their songs and the vocalist was like "fuck eeet" ( <- Japanese accent ) and did the guitar for the breakdown a capella. So funny. Good time.
Trapped Under Ice - It was Trapped Under Ice. C'mon. I'll just give the majority of the set list. Skeleton Heads -> Reality Unfolds -> TUI -> Gemini -> Stay Cold -> Street Lights -> Believe -> Half A Person. Somethin' like that.
