This seems more Shoegaze than DSBM, and correct me if I'm wrong, but I'll post it anyways.

Yeah, it's pretty shoegaze and maybe even a little post-rockish, but I don't think it's terribly out of place.

P.S. It's awesome that you're keeping this thread going strong.

I have it on Soulseek, but I am out of town for the weekend. You can probably find it on there or get it from me when I get back.

I've never used soulseek before. Is there any way I can get the album without having to download soulseek?

I'm quite proud of this thread. :)

I'm not positive on that. You could maybe try using those "Google hacks" to search indexes and see if you can find it. It might be too obscure for that, however.

Alright. I've downloaded and installed soulseek. I have no clue how to use it. My username is AEtheric. I also want to download Heretoir's self-titled album, but I can't find that with using google normally either.

My user name is HailAverseSefira, and I added you. You can add me to the friends list on the right side of the slsk window, and then scroll through my stuff.

Unfortunately, I was wrong and I don't have the II, Desolation album. I have the I, Pestilence demo or EP or whatever it is. I think I can still track that down though when the right people come on.

Alright. Thanks to a nice person in the Black Metal room I figured out how to search for songs. I can't find "II, Desolatiion" by Feigur, nor can I find "Heretoir" by Heretoir. Both are relatively new, "II, Desolation" came out in 2010 and "Heretoir" came out in 2011, so I guess people haven't uploaded them onto the internet yet.

Do I just add my music folder to the program to allow people to download from it?

Yeah, when you add your folder, there are sharing options associated with it. As a personal choice, I only let people on my friends list download from me, and then if I find something I want, I add that person to my list for a while.

Is there any risk associated with letting anyone download from you?

Nothing more than anything else you use on the internet and probably less. I have used it for many years now with no issue. I just make sure it's always friends list only for people that can DL from me.
