As much as I like lsd going around saying it's completely safe is pretty retarded
True there are very little/no proven long term negative physical effects
That said there are plenty of short term physical effects that could be a problem, elevated blood pressure, muscle tension, panic attacks. Not to mention that unless you synthesised it yourself (which you didn't) then you can never be 100% sure what your putting in your body. Then obviously psychological effects that manifest physically (hurting yourself or those around you)
Then we have the people that end up in psychosis afterwards, sure most recover but some don't. It's very possible that these people would have developed the same problems anyway but lsd was definitely the trigger
So yeah as far as recreational chemicals go the long term physical effects are most likely fairly mild. If your looking for chemicals that are actually safe though you would be better off eating some vegetables or something
we were speaking about physical damages, all of the things you listed are caused psychologically.
even the elevated blood pressure etc is caused by the mind because of what it is experiencing.
physically LSD is less toxic than vitamin-c, because it is 100% non-toxic.
though i agree with you there are obviously some negative characteristics to it, but this conversation spawned off of the comment in that video claiming that LSD destroys brain-cells which is 100% untrue.
