Check out Such Gold, it's actually good pop-punk, and you'll see why hardcore listeners also enjoy this genre,even the "true original" hardcore listeners.

100% wrong the original hardcore was created as a backlash against pop punk
and also the founders of hardcore would fucking cringe at the horrendous bullshit that passes as "hardcore" these days
